Renegades on the River in Crescent City, Florida has a bar they call the Tiki Hut. Every evening, at Sunset, they serve all the patrons a shot that looks like the Sunset and everyone toasts the sunset. They also make a larger version of the shot. This is the recipe for that. It’s quite tasty and easy to drink so beware! They will slip up on you!

Ingredients

  

• 2 parts Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
• 1 part Amaretto
• 2 oz Orange Juice
• 1 drizzle Grenadine

Instructions

 

• Pour all ingredients except the Grenadine into a glass and mix well. Add ice. Drizzle with just enough Grenadine to settle on the bottom to make it look like a Sunset. Do not mix after drizzling the Grenadine.
• Garnish with a slice of orange, a couple of cherry on a toothpick or a paper umbrella.
• Enjoy!!
