I never seem to have enough electrical outlets in our RV. And to make it worse, the outlets in my kitchen are mounted under the cabinets where you can’t see them to plug things in and are difficult to use if you are cooking with something that has one of those short safety cord. If I’m using my Instant Pot or Ninja Foodi and want to use my blender or toaster, I have to unplug my coffee pot so I can use that additional outlet. Then I have to reset the time on the coffee pot when I plug it back in. What a pain! Plus one of my outlets is located above the sink which makes it impossible to use at all.
