Brown ground beef and onions in a fry pan until beef is cooked and onions are translucent. Mash with wooden spoon until beef is broken up to pea size pieces. Add salt, garlic powder and pepper to taste. Drain well. Add the ketchup and stir. Cover and simmer on Med heat until heated thoroughly.
Notes
Serve on toasted buns with mayo and lettuce. Garnish with potato chips or corn chips.
